A mandatory $90 cleaning fee will be added to all rental pricing at booking time.
Rental time includes total time allowed inside the venue. Early access will not be permitted. Please book with enough time for set up and clean up. Thank you!
Linens
Black linens & white linens are available for rent. When your event is finished, just leave them behind and we will handle the rest.
Cost: $25/Linen
Chairs
Your venue rental includes the use of 32 chairs. There are additional chairs available for rent. Setup is not included.
Chair Rental: $12/Chair
Tables
Four 6’ Rectangular White Tables are included with the venue rental. There are additional tables available for rental. We also have 2 8ft Wooden Farmhouse tables available for a premium price. Setup not included.
